Our standard delivery to UK is by MyHermes and normally is delivered in 3-5 days. Any other requirements, including delivery overseas, please contact us and we will endeavour to help you.

Returns

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your cushions, please just contact us via Twitter or email and we will send you the returns address. You will, of course, receive a replacement, or a full refund, your choice. We are confident you will love our cushions, as yet we haven't had a single return!

Packaging

All our cushions are beautifully wrapped individually in brown Kraft paper, with sisil thread. This parcel of loveliness is then placed in a waterproof mailing bag and sent to you. Our standard packaging is so nice it is good enough to send as a gift!
